Mikie is doing pretty well.  They did take him off the BiPAP machine but he still has an NG tube in his nose to the stomach to prevent him from vomiting and aspirating on bile. He was sleeping pretty nicely during the morning visits but wide awake at the early afternoon visit.  A little agitated, but not bad.  I think he is just a bit tender yet and having a little trouble getting comfortable.  By the time we left it looked like he might take a nap.  Good for him, that’s what I feel like doing.
