Tiki and Martin dropped in for a little visit this afternoon and brought me a bag of goodies.  Mikie had a couple of light seizures while they were here, around 3:30 PM.  He recovered well and did not hiccup or gag afterwards like he did yesterday and before.  After they left Lisa came in with some Nystatin cream for the yeast infection around his incision on his belly.  Surgery has not responded yet to their request for a consult on the opening of the wound.  We got Mikie out of the chair and in the bed, changed him and cleaned him up with fresh medicine on his various rashes.  I decided to leave him off the bed rotation for a while since he looks so tired and ready to take a nap.  He did have a pretty bad seizure while we were waiting for Lisa to bring back his afternoon meds.  I asked her to just give him the meds all at once instead of with apple juice through the pump, since he just had a few seizures.  We did not hook his NG tube back up to the vacuum since he was not hiccupping or gagging.  We’ll wait a while and see.

I’m headed to the house, Lorraine just called and said that our neighbor has a turkey fixed for us.  I’m going to eat and then bring Lorraine back up here while I work on the plumbing.
