We got a call at 2 AM this morning, they were moving Mikie to the CCU on the 5^th floor.  His heart was flying again, up in the 170’s and his temp was rising as well.  It’s 6:30 AM now and we just left (shift change, they kicked us out) and he has only really begun to calm down.  His heart rate was between 125 and 140 when we left.  Still no clue as to what is causing the problem.  Dr, Emmer came back in, he is once again calling it sepsis.  I’m sticking with pain in the gut, and it may be from something that is infected, but all the blood work so far does not lead to that.

We go back at 9 AM, I’ll post more as I find it.
