We found another doctor we like.  Dr. Ahuja is with the Infectious Disease department and he stopped by late Thursday evening to speak with us.  He was familiar with Mikie from his stay a month ago when he had his shunt revised.  He concurred with Dr. Barker that there was no pneumonia.  He also agreed with us that we should not treat him with antibiotics when there is not sign of infection. He told us to even try withholding the Tylenol when Mikie’s temperature goes up.  I’ve seen us repeatedly succeed in breaking these cycles in the last few days.  

Lorraine will be here most of the day, I’m off to work.
