• 5/31/2006 - XMen: The Last Stand
Good movie...good date...good night...so I went to dinner and a movie last night...I enjoyed myself thouroughly. I hadn't been on a date before...I've had many boyfriends and a couple of fiance's but never a actual date...till last night. I had so much fun and for some reason I felt like I was 16 making out in a movie theater...mmm...but the movie was really good...what I saw of it at least.  They even set it up for another movie if they ever get the itching...Magneto was turned human but he still had a very small amount of mutant power. Only enough to move the chess piece a tiny bit. I was kinda disappointed that they killed off Jean, Cyclops, and the Professor. But that's how it goes...it makes a good long movie, if you put all three of them togther. They even had archangel in this one...he even saved the day. So I had a great time and I think he did too...we are on such a mental level with each other it is weird. I think that's why we just click. It seems right and extremely comfortable. I could have stayed in that car all night long just layin there with him...didn't even get home til like 1:30...oops!! • 5/29/2006 - Single Life
| Well, now I'm single. Just had a long talk with Derek and we are no longer together. Things haven't been going well for too long and I can't take anymore of it. So, after 4 long years...I am finally done. I'm getting a new apt. sometime this month and will start to move my stuff in gradually...I just don't want D to do something he will regret. Sometimes I worry about what he will do. I hope he does well and can move on cuz I know that I am ready to. It was not a healthy relationship in any sense of the tone. He abused me physically and verbally and prolly mentally as well. I am not his mother and he shouldn't treat me like I am. I am not his maid so he shouldn't treat me like I am...Is this too hard for him to understand? Plus he works third shift completely opposite me and what am I supposed to do??? Sit at home by myself every night, stare at the TV and wait for him to come home? I don't think so...I need a life. So...I am happy right now because I am done with the bs, I hope. More later... |

• 5/27/2006 - Yo' Mama
I worked this morning and we had a fuckin blast. Jeremiah and Charles were throwin around yo'mama jokes all day. Jon and I had a fun time talkin today. I think I'm gonna go to see X-Men: The Last Stand on tuesday night. By myself....maybe not by myself. I had 4 sales today...and I hit goal...so Collins can kiss my a$$! He was on me b/c I wasn't "focused"...I was focused just not on the phone. Charles said that he went and saw X-Men last night. Said it was definitely worth it to go see. I think he was tryin to set Jon up...and he was talkin about how he was gonna have to see it by himself this weekend...yeah right. He knows I'll go with him...he just won't ask. He needs to quit playin games. Oh well...it is fun. He was really curious about my phone number when I gave it to Jeremiah...just ask for it. Someone else told me that he was gonna email me over the weekend too. Hmmm...definitely gonna have to go with Jon. He said something about the trail that I used to live by, that there was a hut or something out there that people lived in...I'm not sure I fully understand what he meant. I think he was serious about the whole livin in the hut thing. Who would live in a hut on a trail? Crazy. Our team game today was Bean Render in the Head with a Ball and get points. So I chucked a ball at Render all day. Got his head a couple of times and missed a few. People were chuckin that ball so hard at him. I felt so bad for him. Campbell's having a kegger tomorrow night and told us to come out. I don't think I'm up for that though. I'd rather just stay in and chill. Grind with me, baby, grind with me, relax your body. • 5/26/2006 - Uggggghh....
Oh man, I am hungover. My head is freakin pounding and my stomach is going to make me puke. Went out to R&R last night...wow...I was drunk. I hardly ever drink and I did last night. Now, I kinda wish I hadn't. This is the whole reason I don't drink. Jonathan and I were just talking about this last night. I don't drink, I went out b/c of Laura...she wanted me to go out and so I did and then I got wasted. Like, my whole team showed up at R&R and I had a blast. Josh dedicated a song to me!! He's such a sweetie and Carlos never even said hi to me!! Maybe he was jealous of me...who knows. But off subject, sorry. Last night at work was even better. Let's just say 32, 2 kids, divorced, sexy, lives right by Linn-Mar, and we have so much in common!! Weird, kinda freaks me out but he said it just means we're alot alike. I really hope this works out because I really like this one. He's mature and that, right now, is really attractive. I would love to just kick it wit him. Just to see what would happen...What else, I know alot more about him now. We have been talking at work alot and I am so enjoying it. He doesn't really drink, ahhhhhh......it is so refreshing. We get along fuckin great!!!   I am freaking ecstatic. His ex-wife decided she wanted other boyfriends and...he gave her the divorce papers and said sign here! He had a difficult childhood and he's really intelligent. That gets me too, he's smart. I can have conversations with him and they have substance to them. He's gone to 3 colleges in the area and will graduate from Mt. Mercy here soon...went to Kirkwood and UofI. That's great. He's trying to make something for himself. He's a flirt, but I don't think he would like cheat...who knows though. I need someone who won't be doing any of that. I am still talking about Jonathan...what's up with me?? I'm in definite trouble with this one...I'll leave y'all alone now. |

| So, last night was good...meetings went well and were done early...work at PRC was GREAT!! I love that place. Okay, just people at that place. Really diggin dude. Hope the feeling is mutual...can't determine but he does talk to his boys about me so....that can't be a bad thing. The man flirts all night long...and then leaves me hangin...and I don't know how much longer I can take it!!!! I wanna at least kick it or somethin...and the more I get to know him the more we actually have in common...and I know he would treat me well. At least better than I am treated now. Soul Patrol is in full force this morning...why you ask?? B/c Taylor won American Idol 2006 last night!! Didn't get to watch it, I messed up my VCR but, I don't care just because Taylor won!! So much soul and heart in his music...I can't wait for his single to come out. I'm gonna scoop it up, love his voice. I heard him and Toni Braxton looked pretty comfortable last night!! I just heard that there were over 63 million votes last night to name the 2006 American Idol...that's more people voting for an American Idol than the president...hmmm...I'm not sure that's right. People pick up the phone and made more votes for a tv show than our president. Gotta love the American Capitalism. More later today...just had to shout out to Taylor, Congrats!!!!! I knew he would be the one!! |

So...I haven't really been doing anything but like daydreaming today. Oh well. I can't wait to go to work tonight...tomorrow night I have a safety meeting for my tire job. That will be ok, but it sucks that I can't go sell AOL tomorrow night...I might go in for awhile tomorrow night. It's not that I like to go to that job...just see people at that job So...hopefully I can go tomorrow night. Am I crazy?? I shouldn't be thinkin like this but I can't help it. | The Idol Finale is tonight...I wonder how this will pan out. I know who I want to win and who I think deserves to win but...who will win??? C'mon Taylor!! Sorry to all of you fans of Kat...haven't liked her from day 1...and it's the boys turn to win this year!!! All 12 of the finalists are going to be there I'm not sure if tonight but tomorrow night...nice to see all of them again. Good top 12 this year...very enjoyable season IMO. • 5/22/2006 - Monday's here!!
| Alright, so it does not seem like a Monday to me...way too low key and unstressful!! But hey, I guess that's a good thing. Started to ride my bicycle this weekend. Need to get some exercise....so I rode it out to Gina's house...good ride. It was really nice here this weekend. In the 70's...need to start discing soon too!! My buddy from work, Brock, went to a Frisbee Golf Tournament in St. Louis...he won one here about a month ago...he's really good! So good luck to him...I'll find out today if he did good. But if you don't know what it is, you basically throw a frisbee and try to make it in a "Hole" (they are really like baskets) under par. It's alot of fun and you get alot of exercise. If you haven't tried it, I recommend you at least try it once...unless you have a hard time walking alot, then just play frisbee with your dog :) Other than that, nothing new to report. Kinda a boring day. Jeff's (my boss) Honda blew up on Friday and he spent this morning using MY Blazer to go look for a new car...and he found a Grand Am of some sort. So...now he owes me a lunch...and he better come thru. Ever since I have started my blog here I have been kinda reading other peoples blogs...one that really sticks with me and that I like to keep up to date on is Mikie's Blog. It is about a family that are dealing with a special needs son. Good blog and because I am going into the medical field I find it very interesting. Mikie recently went home from the hospital and that's good news!! So if you ever are in a bad mood or think things are not going your way...stop by Mikie's blog and you will see that you are not in a bad position...it keeps me going and I enjoy checking up on him and seeing how he progesses...thanks for keeping your blog updated Mike!! Other than that...hmm...it's one of the only blogs I like to look at because it is normal...there aren't weird or absurd entries...just updates and news on Mikie!! Also, I wanted to point out that Fat Man Walking...lots of people are just miffed at this guy...because things didn't work out for his family after the walk and people think that he like abandoned his family....honestly I don't think it's any of your business...I understand your opinions...but this guy didn't do it to please all of you or his family...it was something personal that he had to deal with and I don't understand why people don't get that. It was more that just the weight for this guy...he has had some troubles in the past with things that has happened to him...and ya know if it was either to walk this walk and lose his family (not even his whole family, I'm sure he still talks to them and sees them. He just got a divorce, or is in the process of getting one) or he might have ended up doing something worse like taking his own life. So please...just keep that in mind. Oh yeah, and I'm starting to like this guy at work...he's such a sweetie...don't know what to do....what to do..what to do...hmm.... |

• 5/18/2006 - It is Thursday....yay! Idol News
| So...Idol last night, you know I have to say something about it. It was super close last night...I think all 3 of them (okay except for Kat, just because I don't like her....and I don't really know why...I just don't think I like her voice that much) are actual "Idols" It was 33% for all three of them and over 50 million people voted!! Isn't that crazy?? Jonas just said that there are like 250 million people in America and that many people actually picked up the phone to vote! I think alot of people did because last week's upset over Chris! But honestly, I thought we were gonna have an all male finale...too bad. Elliot was really good and it is so heartwarming to see him so close to his mom! Awww...He's a cutie and the man can sing. Did anyone see how many people in VA were there to see him when he went to his hometown? Or even Taylors?? How many people were there...OMG a lot! Did Kat's hometown of Los Angeles (Sherman Oaks) just not want to show a lot of support or did the producers or something just think that she was not going on after last night?? B/C she did not get the same kind of welcome that the boys had!! Oh well, I don't care. Maybe because I like the boys alot better! So, now that it's down to the finale and Taylor and Kat....this is not a had competition...everyone knows that Taylor will kick ass and be the next American Idol...everyone remember to vote for the Soul Patrol!!!!!!!! Oh, and Elliot, just keep singin like Yamin it!!!!! :) |

| So, I just found this guy on the internet. I think I was reading tralfazz84's weblog and found this. This guy's name is Steve Vaught...he has just walked across America, literally. He started in Oceanside, CA, I think. His journey is ended on last Tuesday when he passed over the George Washington Bridge into New York City. This guy was like 410 lbs. at one point in his life and he decided to do something about it. He actually walked across America. Kudos to him!!!! So, I found his website and I just linked it to my weblog. Check it out! It is really interesting to read about this entire trek. Really cool site. Very neat to see how many people helped him out and gave him encouragement and places to sleep. Good luck to him and his endeavors. Hope this gave him the encouragement to curb his weight and keep on walking! In other news, nothing much more to say. Chris from AI was on Regis and Kelly this morning just like all of the other dejects from this season...it was sad to know that we won't be hearing him sing tomarrow night. Oh well, he will go on and be very successful. Other than that, it's not bad outside here, not raining finally. Kinda windy and cool. Not cold but not exactly hot either. • 5/12/2006 - Boring Friday...and it's raining
| So...Fuel asked Chris D. to front their band last night. That's cool. He deserves it, he already sounds like he should be on the radio. I used to really like Fuel, but haven't caught them in awhile. Right now, I'm back in the Rap/Hip Hop/R&B mood again, for awhile there I was on a big country kick. It's rainin here and cold again. It's the middle of May and it feels like March or somethin. Tried to find Anaysia's pic in the online nursery...she's still not up there yet. She was born, I know cuz I was there...so put her pic up!!! She's soo cute! So, what do y'all think of this "Invasion of Privacy" with the phone call logs that Bush was pursuing?? I think it's interesting that he is logging his U.S. Citizen's calls....what do we have to do with terrorism in our own country??? Just curious what other people think cuz, I think he went a little far...and this sure doesn't help his approval rating at all. I just heard yesterday that he was at an all time low at like 31%. He is actually at the lowest rating ever other than Nixon, and that was right before his resignation! Hmmm...is that supposed to be a hint? |

Watched that last night too...okay finale. What I really was happy with is that they actually all came together to vote for Tarah, no one was playing the game anymore, just wanted to go home and let someone actually have something than all of them going home with nothing. Plus the only ones who could have won that I thought should have gotten the money were Tarah and Jamison, even though they were playing everyone. But isn't that how the game works!! Good playing Tarah! And she went home almost 1/2 a million richer!! Tonight is the That 70's Show almost last show. A special is on after and I'm just gonna tape it. I have to sell AOL tonight. • 5/11/2006 - Anaysia Marie!!
| So my friend Renee had her baby yesterday!! It was my birthday and Nae' had her baby! So, it was pretty cool. Gina and I went to dinner at Carlos O'Kelly's (best mexican food ever***) and Bonnie(her mom and Nae's aunt) had called to let us know that she was back in the hospital and dialated at 2 cm. We ate quickly and went down to the hospital. Lets see...we got there about 8:15-30. She was at like 5 or so when we got there and the doctor came in after a bit and was concerned about the baby's heartbeat so they had her "practice" pushing, and she went from 7-9 cm, just like that with like 3 pushes. So they rushed all of us out of the room, Kelly and Boo stayed in there with her. After like 4 minutes Kelly came out and said she could see the head and that Nae wanted Cathy, so she went in there and like a minute after that, little Anaysia Marie was welcomed into the world!! She is sooo cute. I will have a link on here probably tomarrow so you can see her picture. She was 5 pounds, 7 ounces. 18 Inches and she was born at 8:49pm!! So on my birthday, my friend had her baby! Now I can share my birthday with Anaysia Marie! |

| So, Nae just had her baby!! Congratulations!! Welcome to the world, Anaysia Marie, but more about that later. I just watched American Idol and now, I'm pissed. What the hell is wrong with America, you fools just sent the fuckin winner home!! Chris so deserved to win! He was the best voice and man....he was not bad to look at!! I knew that Taylor and Elliot would be the top 2 but, I just thought that Krappy Katherine was finally going home! That makes me sooooooooo mad!! WTF man....I am heated!! I can't believe it, I am so totally shocked right now!! So, if Its down to just those three it will go Taylor(Winner), Elliot (2nd Place), and Katherine get rid of her now!! But at least we all know that Chris will not still be the service manager at a car dealership. Dude will be scooped up quick, have you heard his voice??? He has such a good recording voice. • 5/8/2006 - I don't feel any older!!
| So, my birthday is Wednesday and hmm...I don't know what to think about that. I don't feel any older. This last year flew by...I just had my last b-day, didn't I? I must be getting older though, my parents bought a house in TX this weekend. I am in Iowa, do they know how far away Texas is?? Although, maybe they did that on purpose!! So, I am torn, I could move down to Texas with them, or maybe not. I could just stay up here. By myself. I dunno what to do. I have never been living that far away from my parents...guess it's time to grow up and move on and see them at Christmas when I fly to see them!! That's what I am planning on doing. But, I might chicken out and move down there at the last second, I can see it already...I bet that would piss them off, though. I mean, my mom and I just started to get along really well, and I can admit it, I will miss my parents. So, I don't feel older but obviously I am getting older cause they are bouncin out!! Work sucks! I had a nice weekend, relaxing, and did some housework. Isn't that exciting!! I am going to go to Carlos' O'Kelly's for my Birthday dinner, I think. My parents are still down in Texas and won't be coming back until Friday, I think. Has anyone caught the little TomKitten yet?? I bet she's really cute!! I wanna see!!!
