The single guy....

A year ago I was on top of the world and coming down from the highs of the greatest birthday I've ever had with the woman I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with. What a difference a year makes. A year into the relationship it fizzles out which actually started to happen when she got pregnant and lost our child. There's more to it than that but I'm not ready to share that yet as the wound is still a bit fresh. I thought that we could overcome what happened but the last 2 months I knew we were just going through the motions and then she was just gone. I've been in love before but not like that. Inas was my heart and I am so thankful for everyday that I woke up and saw her lying beside me. She seemed to get me when no one else did. Even now I can see her face and hear her voice and it's been a month since we were together. Love sucks!
