This picture is of me and my husband. Married on June 27, 2003. So far so good. Here is where I will be putting rants and rambles and maybe other pictures through out . Just check back from time to time and see what is added or changed.

Damn puters10/21/2005

It sucks when your computer all of a sudden does not reboot properly or when you reboot it tells you no disk found then insert boot disk in drive A then hit any key to continue. I am tired of puter issues. I have so much bad luck with computers till it is not even funny. I am almost about ready to just give up on em. grrrrrrrrrrr

Freaking Arabs10/20/2005

Why is it the arabs want to invade our space in our regular chat room? Cant they make their own regular room? why is yahoo so flucked up? Why does yahoo not care if the users are happy? Guess thats what you get for running stuff that mostly just runs under Bill Gates programs. The arabs really need to find a home of their own to chat in and leave our regular visited rooms alone.

web page9/20/2005

once again made some changes on my home page I guess before long I will actually have it like I want it. Most tell me I should create them for others and get paid for it and I probably would if it was not an every day thing. I dont mind doing them from time to time. If you happen to like what I have done so far and would like me to make a page for you just let me know and I will see what I can do.

Hmm9/19/2005

You know its funny how one can put up a profile wiht a picture of her and her husband she is now seperated from and then state in her latest news that she is seperated and now back with her ex soon to be new husband. Makes one wonder why someone would want to get back together with their ex husband after they claim that it didnt work the first time. People do the strangest things sometimes and sometimes we never understand why.

Universal9/17/2005

Another day at Islands of Adventure, another day of fun. Going through the park was pretty quick since we skipped alot of the water rides. After riding the roller coasters on our way out to Margaritaville, we stopped and had pictures done as charicters. They are funny to see. Amazing what some people can do. After getting pictures done we went to Margaritaville and ate and had a couple of drinks before heading home. It was a tiresome day but all in all fun.

Sad News9/2/2005

Well not only did I find out about my grandmothers passing but found out as well that we dont know if Aunt Agnes managed to get out of New Orleans safely or not. I really do hope she managed to get out of there because that is really a disaster area. I feel bad for the people that have lost homes and all in New Orleans but I just hope they managed to get out to safety.

Sadly Missed8/30/2005

Grandma you will be sadly missed but in my heart is where I will always carry the memories of you and of all that you have done for me in the past. I remember the good times along with the bad and all that will never be forgotten. Now you are in no more pain and where you have been wanting to be for a long time now.Grandma you will be sadly missed but in my heart is where I will always carry the memories of you and of all that you have done for me in the past. I remember the good times along with the bad and all that will never be forgotten. Now you are in no more pain and where you have been wanting to be for a long time now.

Love you and miss you always.

just thinking8/24/2005

I was just sitting here thinking of why anyone would wanna be kept alive through artificial means. I know everyone has a different opinion on everything but being kept alive that way just dont seem right. All I know is I do not wanna ever be kept alive through artificial means. If I can not breathe on my own let me go cause its my time to go. I know some of you may think thats wrong but that is what I want. I have seen people being kept alive by artificial means and its like you are looking at someone who is already gone with a machine breathing for you and that is about all it is. I have no idea what made me think about this. I guess it is cause I found out recently that I cant even get referred to an oral surgeon to have teeth pulled until my b/p is down and under control. It sort of scares me that it is that high cause I guess you can say I am not ready to go through a stroke or heart attack. Not just yet at least. Hopefully soon I wont have to worry about it and it will be under control. I hate doctors.

I found out last week that my grandmother was given the last sacrament. Now it is only a matter of days before she reaches the end. I know she has lived a long hard life and she has been ready to go for a long time now. She is battling liver cancer for the second time now. They are no longer giving her chemo and they took her off of her fluid pills so now the fluid is building up. I dont look for her to last much longer at that rate. I am just glad I got to see her when I went that way with my mom last month. I was surprised she remembered who we were. She still has alot of her good memory left but her short term memory is starting to fail and now she can not walk no more because of the fluid build up.

Birthday8/14/2005

Well another yr older. If only we didnt have to age. Went out last night with a couple of friens of ours and drank a few then went out to breakfast this morning. The hubby stayed home cause he did not feel like going out. I can honestly say though that it is nice to have someone like him who trust me that much and allows me to go out with friends while he stays home. Actually I wish he was there with us but I know he wasnt really feeling well before we left. Who knows, maybe next time he will be tagging along :P. I do want to say thanks to the friends again for taking me out and for the gifts. I did have a good time.

Is is possible for us to stop counting our age? lol It sucks that we actually have to get older but thats life. Live each day like it would be your last. You just never know when your last day will be.

Geneology8/1/2005

While I was in Louisiana I managed to get ahold of a book that had some information about where my ancestors generate back to. Amazingly if you search it back on a geneology site the dates dont match up. I am still doing some searches on the family history. Hopefully I can generate a web page sometime soon with all the information as to where my family generates back to and hopefully I can findsome pictures to post as well. I can find all the information I want on my moms side of the family but not much luck finding information for my dads side of the family. Hopefully soon I will be able to find out the information I am looking for for my dads side of the family. If anyone knows of a free geneology search site on line that may be helpful please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated.

Louisiana7/23/2005

I have recently visited my grandmother in Louisiana and I must say she dont seem to be as bad off as some were saying she was. She still has alot of her right mind but she cant walk like she use to on her own no more because her legs get weak and her knees buckle under her and she falls. While I was visiting her in Louisiana, I noticed that her theropy was helping her. She can still grab on tight enough to pinch you though LOL. She has her grip still almost as tight as it was before. There are some things she dont remember but for the most part she remembers alot. She sure has had her time at rough life when she was younger as one that had to go out and pick cotton and raise 3 children. I can say she has done a good job at what she has accomplished, I just wish my mom would have turned out more like my Aunt Leona LOL. While in Louisiana, I was able to go by the lane where I grew up and I must say it does NOT look the same no more. For some reason, I did NOT feel at home no more. I felt more at home at my aunts house in Lettsworth. There are some new homes built now in the lane and half of them I could not tell you who lives where no more. There are only a few houses there that the original owners are still living in them today.

Camping Trip7/12/2005

We went on a camping trip out to Gennie Springs and I can honestly say we had a good time. Hopefully we will get to go back again this year but after hurricanes are done. We managed to leave the camp ground just before all the rains and all from hurricane Dennis passed through. We had a total of only 8 people that showed up but we still had a good time. We left the campground Sat morning and went over to a friends house Sat night and Sun night. Sat night we were up sort of late watching movies and playing spades and Sun night we cooked ribs and played dominos. We had fun all in all and plan on doing it again soon. The next camping trip will be by invite only though from what I know.

Grandma7/3/2005

Well found out today that my grandmother took a turn for the worse after going through liver cancer for the second time. The doctors cant exactly say how much time she has left and hopefully I will be able to go with my mom to Louisiana to see her and help them with cleaning out my grandmothers apartment. I will know more on whats what after the camping trip.

Memorial Day3/15/2005

I can honestly say we had a good weekend. We had friends over for the weekend and I think we all had a good time. Everyone went home happy ;). We had ribs on Saturday night, steaks on Sunday night, took it easy on Monday since all the partying was done Saturday and Sunday. Hopefully we can have another fun filled weekend like that one was ;). I think some people got luckier than they thought they would LOL but it is ok as long as they are happy now :)

Finally Moved1/2/2005

I know it has been a while since I wrote anything in here but it has been kind of hectic around here lately. Problems are occuring around here left and right and we were in the process of looking for houses to move. Well we finally moved out of that hell hole of apartments where there was alot of drug activity, prostitution rings, alot of noise late at night, maintenance issues, unfriendly staff in the front office (except for the option of one or two staff members) and who knows what else going on around there. We moved into a house, still rent, but its better than an apt. If you would like to see the house we in now have a look at http://www.centaurihome.net/newhse.html. Well we have been in this house now since March, 1, 2005 and yesterday was the first time I met any of the neighbors and talked to them a bit. Sad way to meet neighbors by seeing a neighbors house on fire. At aproximately 4:30 yesterday afternoon I heard the horn from the firetruck. When I walked outside the smoke was so thick and black you could not even see the house. Thankfully no one was injured in the fire but sadly they lost everything due to smoke and water damage. They have no idea how the fire started yet that I know of. Hopefully the neighbors I havent met already I will meet on better circumstances. As far as we can tell now, it is a quiet neighborhood in a culdasac. The neighbors seem to be very nice and friendly. Hopefully, we will meet all the neighbors one day and who knows we may even become friends with neighbors here unlike at the apt. complex.

hmm10/13/2004

well I know its been a while since I posted anything in here but I guess you can say its been kind of hecktic around here lately. For the past few days here I have been trying to figure out my computer and installing freebsd on it (which wont load) and putting back windows on it (and I hate windows). I finally managed to get freebsd on the spare puter and set up with all things that I use and it is working as far as I can tell for now. Hopefully one of these days I will have another puter of my own to set up on freebsd and let this one go back to being a spare one for backup. well I guess this is about it for now other than stating we had a quiet xmas and a happy new year. I will try to add more in as time goes on. Hopefully I will be able to add in on a regular basis.

Amazing9/8/2004

Funny how you make so many friends on the internet, meet them in person, get to know them then once your life changes such as getting married or whatever, most of them act like you have the plague or something. We have met several people from on line and majority of them dont even say hi to us no more. We still have a couple of them that do still talk to us and stay in touch. No matter what kind of person you are wether you get married or not, if someone is considered your friend, they should be happy for ya if you get married or whatever and you are happy. Be yourself. If someone cant accept you for who you are the way you are then the hell with them you dont need them.

Hurricane Charley8/30/2004

Well, we survived the hurricane that passed right over us here in Orlando. We had the eye of it go right over us and luckily we had no damage to our car or our apt. One lady here was not so lucky, her ceiling fell through and one neighbor had his headlight and signal light knocked out of his car when a tree branch fell and hit it. To view the pictures of the damage here in our complex, look at http://centauri.50megs.com/charley2.html. Not a nice way to spend a birthday to wake up with no electricity the day after a hurricane passes over but we survived and still managed to have a birthday cake.

Finally8/24/2004

Well I finally recently found out that my great Aunt Agnes is still alive at 88 yrs old. She constantly laughs and says laughter is the best medicine and that is the same thing that I say. My husband and I are planning to go to Louisiana around Thanksgiving and if Aunt Agnes is up to it we will bring her with us so she can see other family memebers that she has not seen in a long time. I think she will really like that. I know I will be glad to see her since I have not seen her in years. I probably wont even recognize her.
